The transmitter directly determines the working distance of the CallToU caregiver pager. This distance may be affected by other radio signals or by obstacles like metal or concrete walls during use. If the battery-powered receiver is not working, there are a few things you can try. First, replace the batteries and check for any interference from other radio signals. If the issue persists, you can also try clearing the pairing and then repairing the receiver. Additionally, you can press and hold the "Volume" and "On/Off" buttons simultaneously until the sound stops to turn the vibration function on or off.

The receiver and transmitter come pre-paired from the factory, so you don't need to pair them yourself. However, our products support expandable pairing, allowing you to pair one receiver with multiple transmitters or one transmitter with multiple receivers to meet your needs.

Both the receiver and transmitter have low battery alerts to ensure you never miss a call for help. The receiver will display an indicator to show whether it's the receiver or transmitter that needs a battery change, and provide a voice reminder as well.

While the call button is IP55 waterproof and can withstand occasional splashes, we don't recommend submerging it in water for extended periods. For bathroom use, we recommend installing a call button on the wall.
