Please note that our hard-wired door chime can ONLY be used with a 24V transformer (not included). Using a 24V transformer with a standard 16V doorbell chime is not recommended, as it can cause the doorbell and/or chime to wear out prematurely. The chime's cover dimensions are 9" L x 5" W, with an overall depth of 1.75".
